Joke of a agency. Will just keep prolonging cases even though it's evident that the parent is incapable of raising that child. Even once they're established in a new home with family members who are actually capable of providing the love and care the child needs. They'll switch case workers half way through just out of the blue. Its unfortunate that these are the people In charge of the well being of the youth.
