In my line of work I refer people to resources and every single person I’ve referred here for legal help has had a poor experience. I can’t even find another organization that provides legal aid for individuals who can’t find a lawyer. Please, if you have had a poor experience with this organization, report it with the TN non-profit complaint form. It is unacceptable that this many people have been treated poorly. Who is this organization helping if no one can get past the rude receptionist?

Can confirm, the intake person Mrs. Henry is: Cold as ice. No personality. Unempathetic. They hang up on you and act bothered to do the job. Meanwhile, it's obvious from the reviews......they need to start listening.
