The faculty there could care less about the women that depend upon them. You come to them in state of brokenness, and their mission is to keep you there. The only thing cared about at Sojourner Truth House is whether you attend group sessions, and how many donations they can collect. The case managers (Pam Key and others) are indifferent to the the struggles of their clients, and have a serious lack of empathy. They dangle the promise of helping with furniture and housing, but the time you could be using in search of employment, or housing must be spent in useless group sessions to receive someone else’s hand me down furniture and/or no housing.

An amazing fixture in our community absolutely wonderful place! The amount of service and customer service that is given from these people is astounding. They should try other people in this area on how to interact with the public. Thank you for what you do
