Thank you High Risk Pregnancy for taking care of me, Making my pregnancy go smoothly & successfully. I am so thankful to all the staff & Doctors who took care of me in every visit. Felt like a family. Also, my dietecian Stephanie, who took care of me & my baby for my gestational diabetes during my entire pregnancy, I am just blessed. I felt so relieved every time I went on my appointments. This was my second pregnancy & my first experience here. I had a healthy baby boy born on January 12th with multiple health conditions. Thank you for everything.

Well, when you walk in the front desk staff always seems to be annoyed to check a patient in, then you usually have a good 10-15 minute wait in the waiting area before being taken back, which I figure is due to nationwide employee shortage. Once taken back, I usually sit there for over 20 mins before a tech comes in to do an ultrasound, some are very efficient and quick with ultrasound, but one tech whom I have seen multiple times takes about 40 mins before she is done, her watch is constantly going off and she looks at it, and it's a little frustrating. I only have an hour or so to get appts done due to needing to get back to work. Now, the doctors are absolutely fantastic, I will brag and brag about all of them, I usually see a different one every time, but they always seem to care about me and what is going on with me. I definitely love the doctors.

Wow I wish I’d checked reviews first! They did not allow my husband to accompany me to our baby’s ultrasound! “Due to Covid”. Are you kidding me? Not even an option for him to show a negative test same day or anything. If he has Covid I likely would as well but no testing required for me and no scanning of temps either. No actual checking of wellness first just only exclusion of concerned parents. I have PTSD from my last pregnancy. I have been treated for it but didn’t realize the trauma memory of finding out what was wrong with my first baby at my previous ultra sound. I was having anxiety attacks and crying and not one person asked if I was ok, offered me a tissue nor water. They also required a preliminary appointment with a genetics counselor? Someone who asked if I wanted amniocentesis or had any concerns. I did all the blood work weeks ago for any concerns and I don’t have any but they require this anyway. That took 45 minutes. The whole office was cold and quiet and impersonal. No one was kind nor concerned and I interacted with four staff members. Plus the Telehealth genetics doctor who was the only one who said “ya you can FaceTime your husband if you want to find out the gender but I know- it’s not the same”. Ok bye! At least she said courteous things and pretended to care. Also I guess this costs 1000$ because I had to pay 20% which was 200$ but the. They said if I wanted “extra codes” I would have to pay more. I asked what this meant and she said checking the baby’s heart would be an example of an extra service. So they don’t include the heart as part of “anatomy”?! Totally will not refer anyone here.
