A New Hope Center is a comprehensive crime victim service provider based in Tioga County, NY. If you’re struggling with any kind of abuse, domestic or sexual violence issues, or have been a victim of a crime, please give us a call. Our services are free and confidential to any victim/survivor.

I went through them when I needed to get an order of protection. The advocates are amazing and the offer services for children as well. I am glad to be out of that situation now but I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a way out with people who truly care
