So Lima Ohio isn't government funded that's what they say. But they get paid by the government and food is provided but what the soup kitchen and rescue mission is doing I there taken all the good things for them and giving us the bad. Sad world we live in that you have to steal from the homeless. They do this In alot of places. They just started doing it here because I'm here and now they want to take from me I'm like Fort Wayne took from me. This is a crime
